On 1/12/2019, the Manchester Fire Department was dispatched to a fire on Tarrytown Road. First-due companies had heavy fire in the attic of an abandoned building and companies were ordered into a defensive operation. The building eventually became well-involved and an additional engine company was dispatched to the scene. Firefighters knocked the bulk of the fire downing about 30 minutes.

On 7/29/18 at 14:54, Manchester, CT started receiving calls for the gas station at 555 Middle Tpke. W on fire. Companies arrived to the rear of the store on fire and extending inside. The inside fire was knocked down quickly and the propane tank to the rear was allowed to burn off.

Manchester, Ct struck 3 alarms for 205 N. Elm St on 2/23/16 at 1918 hrs. The Manchester 8th District FD was dispatched for a chimney fire and on arrival had fire in the walls. Manchester, Ct. had heavy fire showing from floor #2 and struck the 2nd alarm on arrival at 19 Winter St on 8/14/15 at 2210 hours. Members made a very fast knockdown of the fire.
